Dave Parry is originally from Aberystwyth and moved to Chicago in 1998, forming the Chicago Tafia Welsh Society the following year. He has helped raise money for Welsh children’s hospice Tŷ Hafan by getting visiting Welsh performers to sign the Welsh flag, then auctioning it off. He is a proper legend.
