Read moreJane Powell is a freelance editor and educator working in food, farming, and community development. She helped to found the Wales Real Food and Farming Conference in 2019. She has worked in agricultural science publishing, as a teacher, as a project officer with Organic Centre Wales, and as Education Coordinator with Farming and Countryside Education, now LEAF Education. She’s also active in community food projects in Aberystwyth. She works in Welsh and English, including writing about how our food system is an expression of the values we hold, and how it might change so we can all become healthier and happier.
