Jon Wallace worked for several years collecting the oral histories of people who lived through the Second World War. Not the stuff you read in the history books but the lived experience of ‘ordinary’ life in that period. He has worked as a basic numeracy and literacy skills tutor for adults, and spent a year as a coordinator of a one-stop advice shop for asylum seeker and refugee status people. He is also the founder of the recently re-booted Calm-Arcs Collective musical project.
