Lauren Copeland

Dr Lauren Copeland is a lecturer in the School of Psychology at Cardiff University. She has worked on a number of different studies including evaluating the schools and community-based counselling service within Wales, developing guidance for the adaptation of evidence-informed complex population health, and the feasibility of a programme to help parents and children recover after domestic abuse. Her research interests lie in understanding how counselling and relational techniques can help improve mental and physical outcomes. She is also interested in complex behaviour change interventions and their implementation.
