Neville Eden was born in a mining village in Nottinghamshire. He studied mechanical engineering at Leeds University and worked for a number of companies before starting his own engineering and management consultancy business in 2012. He has travelled extensively for work and pleasure and, wherever he goes, always tries to learn a few words of the local language. He and his wife moved to Abergele, North Wales from Sandbach, Cheshire in 2017. He decided to learn Cymraeg to respect the people of Cymru, their language, and their culture.
